Nicola Elliott, a journalist who had been working in the fast-paced world of magazine publishing, noticed that stress and poor sleep were quietly taking their toll on the people around her. She trained as an aromatherapist and nutritionist and, in 2005, launched Neom with a small collection of candles made from natural wax and 100% natural fragrance.
