The West Yorkshire Fair Work Charter supports and celebrates the positive impact of fair work on businesses and their people across our region
- Fair work includes good pay, fair and flexible working conditions, and greater wellbeing, diversity, and social mobility within the workplace
- Developed by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority with employers, trade unions, business leaders, and the public, faith and voluntary sectors, it has been designed for employers of all sizes and across all sectors
