How to use

Step one - Place the M-Club Cooling Eye Mask in a bag and leave in the fridge/freezer for a minimum of 1-2 hours

Step two - Apply over closed eyes and adjust the Velcro for personal comfort

Step Three - Relax for 10-15 minutes
